If the fit or design is not right, return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from odours, makeup and damage.
Original tags and packaging should be included where supplied.
Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and reference.

Exchanges

Size exchanges depend on stock. We recommend requesting a return and placing a new order to secure the size you need.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will resolve verified fulfilment errors or manufacturing faults at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item passes inspection. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
